Here's the solution to get it over.
We can use VPN (virtual private networks) to get it through.
Register at
http://droidvpn.com/signup.php
Download & Install:
DroidVPN v1.8.6
http://www.1mobile.com/droidvpn-288608.html
TUN.ko Installer v1.7
http://www.1mobile.com/tun.ko-installer-333750.html
Download & Install Tun.ko module through the above application.
Connect to EDGE or HSPA.
Run Droid VPN application.
Sign in using ur afore-registered account.
U'r now ready to talk and call with 2 or 4 kyats/minutes !

PS:
For some devices, like my GNex, when I tried to install TUN.ko module using the above application, it appeared compatible version for the device not found.
But I'm now ready to make calls with 4kyats/minutes.
